Terms of Service

These terms and conditions apply to the Photo Resizer & Image Compressor app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iOS devices, created by Veeranshi Group (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

By downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

1. Intellectual Property Restrictions

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offers premium features accessible via paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Service Modifications

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated to you in advance through the Application or via Apple’s billing system.

4. Data and Device Security

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking your phone. Bypassing official operating system restrictions can expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that maintain their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the terms of the service providers used:

• Apple App Store Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

6. Connectivity and Charges

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data). The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application’s failure to function if you lack access to the internet or have exhausted your data allowance. You accept responsibility for any data charges incurred from your mobile provider while using the Application.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate; however, we rely on third parties to provide certain information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss (direct or indirect) resulting from your reliance on the functionality of the Application.

8. Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application to maintain compatibility with iOS versions or to add features. You agree to accept updates to continue using the service. The Service Provider may also terminate the service at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application end, and you must delete it from your device.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
