This privacy policy applies to the Photo Resizer & Image Compressor app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iOS mobile devices, created by Veeranshi Group (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is provided as a Free service with optional paid subscriptions (In-App Purchases).

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. To provide features and process subscriptions, the Service Provider may collect:

• Usage Data: Your device's IP address, the pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on the Application.
• Device Information: The operating system version and device model.
• Purchase History: When you subscribe, we collect information regarding your purchase history and subscription status to unlock premium features. Note: All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple. We do not store or have access to your credit card or billing details.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offers subscription-based features.

• Payment: Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Data Usage: We use your subscription status to grant access to premium tools and to restore your purchases across multiple iOS devices.

3. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling.

iOS Third-Party Service Providers:

• Apple App Store Services: For payment processing and subscription management.
• AdMob: For displaying advertisements.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: To understand app usage and performance.
• Firebase Crashlytics: To monitor app stability and fix bugs.

4. Data Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

5. Opt-Out and Deletion Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard iOS uninstall process. To cancel a subscription, you must do so via your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data (such as contact information provided via support emails), please contact info@veeranshigroup.in.

6. Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete it from their servers.

7. Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information.

8. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
