Terms of Service

Budget Planner

These terms and conditions apply to the Budget Planner app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Veeranshi Group (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By using the Application, you agree to these terms.

Usage License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal financial management. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Application without express written consent.

Firebase Services

The Application utilizes Firebase services (Cloud Firestore, Authentication, etc.) to store and sync your data. By using the app, you also agree to Firebase's Terms of Service. We strive for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for data loss due to third-party service interruptions.

iOS Subscriptions & Billing

The Application offers a "Premium" subscription which provides additional features.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
  • Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Data Responsibility

While we use secure Firebase infrastructure, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. The Service Provider is not liable for any unauthorized access to your financial data resulting from compromised device security.

Liability Disclaimer

The Application is a tool for financial planning and does not constitute professional financial advice. The Service Provider is not responsible for any financial decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of the Application.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Application if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
