Budget Planner

This privacy policy applies to the Budget Planner app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Veeranshi Group (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service with optional premium subscriptions. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
  • Device make, model, and operating system
  • App usage data and performance metrics
  • Transaction data for premium subscriptions (processed securely via Apple App Store)

The Application does not gather precise real-time location information of your mobile device.

Firebase & Data Processing

We use Google Firebase to provide core functionality, including data synchronization, user authentication, and app stability monitoring. Firebase may collect certain information automatically to ensure the Service functions correctly.

  • Firebase Authentication: Used to manage user accounts and secure your financial data.
  • Cloud Firestore: Used to store your budget entries, categories, and settings securely.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: Helps us identify and fix bugs by collecting crash reports.

Subscriptions & Payments (iOS)

For iOS users, premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

The Service Provider does not store or have access to your credit card details or bank information. Your subscription is managed by your Apple ID, and your payment data is handled according to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider may share anonymized data with third-party services to improve the Application. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used:

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your financial data as long as you maintain an account. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so within the app settings or by contacting us at info@veeranshigroup.in.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Security

We prioritize the security of your financial data. We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures via Firebase to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any changes.
